By participating in the Cocokitty (the “Company”) Affiliate Program, you – applicant (the “Affiliate”, "Affiliates") are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Affiliates must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.


2. Affiliates will not be treated as an Cocokitty employee for any reason.


3. Affiliates must be 18 years or older to participate.


4. The Company reserves the unconditional right to accept or deny any affiliate who applies. Submitting this application form does not mean you are entitled to enroll in this program. The Cocokitty team carefully reviews each application before accepting a new Affiliate. Once an Affiliate is chosen, the Affiliate will receive a welcome email with on-boarding steps.


5. The Company uses Paypal to remit payments ambassadors. In order to distribute the ambassador’s reward, Affiliates must have the applicable information linked to their account in the Refersion portal. This includes, and is not limited to, email for distribution of digital vouchers and coupons and mailing address for the distribution of physical products if there are any. Refersion is a third-party service provider, Cocokitty will not have any liability or support obligations for any issues relating to an Affiliates Refersion account.


6. The Company reserves the right to repost and repurpose affiliate content created to promote Cocokitty on its website, blog and social media accounts.


7. There is absolutely no cost to be an Affiliate of the Company.

Affiliate may not:

1. Take any action that could reasonably cause any confusion as to affiliate’s relationship with the Cocokitty.


2. Do anything harmful to the Cocokitty brand image and reputation.


3. Share any coupon code, voucher code, gift card, etc without written approval from Cocokitty.


4. Participate in any promotion, advertising, marketing, or sale of any imitation of the Cocokitty services.


5. Use paid advertising, search, or social pages for promoting Links or other activities listed in the Program.


6. Disclose the activities, rewards and other information available in the Affiliate portal to any third party.


7. Get involved in a similar program by a competing business while still participating in the Cocokitty affiliate program.

PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
